A Foolish Dream?

There once was a foolish man
who had a foolish dream.
He thought he could help the world,
with nothing but his schemes.

So he set out to find a place,
to help those who mourn.
With not much thought from him,
as to what just might be born.

He found others there who cared,
in this place he finally found.
They wanted to help others too,
and so a pact was bound.

And now after years in time,
there are many who go and care.
For the wounded hearts that come and go,
and only want to care.

There is a name for this place,
it is called by petloss dot com.
Many tears have flowed there free,
but not one has left forlorn.

THIS SPECIAL TIME OF YEAR

Somehow it is so much harder to not have you here with me.
I look around the house and your happy face is all i see.
In days gone by this time of year was made so wonderful by your love.
Now you have gone ahead to somewhere far above.

As i try in vein to celebrate as we did for so meny years.
The wonderous joy i always felt is saddened by my tears.
As others seem to be so excited by all the holiday cheer.
I just feel so sad and all alone because you are not here.

Then i remember where you have gone and a smile crosses my face.
You are happy and playing now at such a special place.
There are many friends with you and all are well and noone has a care.
I can now have some joy after all knowing you are there.

The holidays at rainbow bridge must be wonderous thing.
There must be so much happiness and all the angels sing.
This time of year at Rainbow Bridge you will have so much fun.
You can now be as you once were when you were very young.

So at this very special time my love i wish you seasons best.
There is no need for all my tears for you are now at rest.
No more pain no or suffering for you my special love.
Only joy will be in your heart as you watch from far above.
